With an abundance of life altering, negative events all happening in a short period of time recently, I had a choice to make.
It was fall or stand. My bipolar disorder makes the possibility of either one going to the extreme, very plausible.
Fortunately, as of now I am stable, and was able to consciously and with a clear head make the decision to start living a positive life.
This included removing people who I love from my life because I could not handle the toxicity. Staying away from people and places that held or created drama for me in my past also made a big difference.
I am trying to live this lifestyle day by day, only being surrounded by things that make me happy and whole.
I started this blog for sharing experiences, advice and support. I hope that we enjoy it together and help each other along this constant road of mental health and happiness!
